The training in Malta took place at Paragon Europe office and was implemented by Catalina Stancu. The participation to the workshops was free of charge. The participants were 12 (6 males and 6 females) and the sports that were represented were handball, athletics and rowing.

The sessions where divided in lectures, tutorials and presentations based on the Guidebook. The themes tackled were sport management, applied exercise/sport teaching, social inclusion/interculturality, developmental psychology, pedagogy and motivation, communication.

The coaches were able to learn to use better techniques and tools to support the social inclusion of children from disadvantaged groups through their increased participation in sport activities in the framework of the activities of the sport clubs.
